Update your subscription payment card
Overview
At this time, you cannot update your subscription payment card directly from your Smartcat account. Card changes are handled by the Smartcat Finance team.

When to use it
You want to change the card used to pay for your Smartcat subscription
Your current card has expired or been replaced and you need to update your payment details before your next renewal

How to use it
Request a card update
Contact Smartcat Support at support@smartcat.ai
Include your account email address and a request to update your subscription payment card
Result: The Support team coordinates with Finance to remove the existing card from your account. You receive a payment link before your next renewal date, which you can use to pay with a new card.

Your subscription remains active while the card update is being processed

FAQs
Will my subscription be interrupted while the card is being updated?
No. Your subscription remains active. You will receive a payment link before your next renewal to complete payment with the new card.
How long does it take for the card to be removed?
No. Completed work is preserved and the supplier is compensated for it. They will need to accept the new invitation to continue working.
Can I add a new card directly in my account settings?
Not currently. Contact support@smartcat.ai to request a card update.
