Overview

Smartcat's pricing is built around AI Co-workers — a team of specialized AI agents (Content Translator, Content Writer, Reviewer, Content Update, Quality Reviewer, Compliance) coordinated by a foundation agent called the Chief of Staff. Every user gets a Chief of Staff, which manages the other Co-workers, holds personal skills, and grows more capable as more Co-workers are added.

There are four plans: Adapt, Accelerate, Anticipate, and Autonomous. All plans are consumption-based (billed on Smartwords processed, not per user), so every plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost.

Requirements and limitations

• Pricing is consumption-based: what you pay for is Smartwords processed through Smartcat's AI engine each year, not the number of users. All plans include unlimited users.

• Each plan includes a base number of workspaces; additional workspaces can be added at the workspace add-on price for that tier.

• 280+ languages are supported across translation and content creation on every plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference in Marketplace access from plan to plan?

Marketplace gives you on-demand access to 500K+ vetted human experts: linguists, copywriters, and reviewers. It's available on every plan, including Adapt. The difference between plans is how you pay. On Adapt, Marketplace services aren't part of your contract, so you prepay each job by card. On Accelerate and above, Marketplace is included in your contract, so you can pay for expert work with your Smartwords balance.
