Overview

Smartcat does not have a manual withdrawal button. Payouts are sent automatically when two conditions are met: you have a payout method set up, and your balance reaches the minimum threshold you have configured.

When to use it

  • You are looking for a withdrawal button and cannot find one

  • You want to understand when your next payout will be triggered

Check your payout status

  1. Go to My Payouts

  2. Open the Job statuses tab

  3. Check the current job status.

  4. If the job is In progress, the client hasn’t approved the work

  5. If the job is Awaiting payment, the client has approved the work and marked the project is complete. Payment is due from the client

  6. If the job is in Processing payment, Smartcat has received payment from the client and the amount due ahs been added to your Smartcat account balance within 5 business days.

Understand when payouts are triggered

Payouts are sent automatically when both of the following are true:

  • Your balance has reached your configured minimum payout threshold

If your balance has not yet been paid out, it is typically because one of these conditions has not been met.

  • Funds arrive within 5 business days of the payout being triggered

  • You must have a payout method set up and a minimum threshold configured for automatic payouts to trigger
