FAQs

I chose this method, but the payment was rejected. Why?

Check the following: you provided local wire transfer details (not international SWIFT); the postal code, city, street, and house number are in the correct fields (not a PO box or email); the account number, bank name, branch (digits only), SWIFT, and account type are correct; and the account holder name matches your bank details exactly, including spaces and symbols. If the details are correct, contact your bank branch for the reason.

I can't find the payment. What does it look like on my statement?

The payment ID has the format PO-XXXXXX-XXXXX and is in your Payout History. The sender appears as SMARTCAT EUROPE BV, AIRWALLEX, or Banking Circle SA, depending on the receiving bank.
