Understand the limitations and exclusions for payouts in Smartcat, including restrictions for residents of certain countries, specific banks, types of bank cards, and currency restrictions based on card and country.

Countries and Territories Where Payouts Are Unavailable

Currently, Smartcat does not support payouts to residents of the following territories and countries due to regulatory or banking restrictions:

Afghanistan, Antarctica, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Republic of Kosovo, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Venezuela, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic, Kherson region of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine

Specific limitations

  • Bank Card Limitations

Please note the following restrictions when selecting a card for payouts:

Payouts cannot be made to cards issued in the following countries:
Afghanistan, Albania, The Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cambodia, Crimea, Cuba, Ghana, Guam, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Samoa, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

  • Payouts are not made to cards issued in the United States of America.

  • Corporate, prepaid, and non-personalized cards are not supported.

  • For payouts in Russian rubles (RUB), funds can only be sent to cards issued in the Russian Federation.

  • In rubles, payments on cards are made only on cards issued in the Russian Federation.

  • The cardholder name must be indicated in full, for example: John Smith (incorrect: J.Smith).
