Organization Admin Role (Enterprise)
The Organization Admin Role allows customers on the Enterprise plan to centrally manage subscriptions and Smartwords across all workspaces within a single organization.

Enterprise-tier organizations only.
Users explicitly assigned the Organization Admin Role by Smartcat.
What can Organization Admins do?
Smartwords management
View the total organization-level Smartwords balance
Allocate Smartwords to workspaces
Reclaim unused Smartwords from workspaces
Enable workspaces to consume from a shared org-level Smartwords pool
Subscription visibility and control
View organization-level subscription details (plan, term, limits)
Pause or resume existing workspaces’ access to shared subscription benefits.
Allow new workspaces to receive shared subscription benefits.

If you believe your organization would benefit from centralized Smartwords and subscription management, contact your Smartcat Customer Success Manager to request access.
Note: This role is not enabled by default. A Smartcat CSM must assign the Organization Admin role before it becomes available.
