Where your usual tools and workflows are in the new interface

Your usual tools and workflows are still here — they have just been simplified. Nothing has been removed, renamed, or replaced. The underlying platform — your projects, translation memories, glossaries, project templates, assignment templates, workflow configurations, and quality settings — is exactly the same as before.

What has changed is how you access and start workflows. Previously, you would navigate to different screens for project creation, file upload, language selection, template configuration, and translator assignment. Each step had its own form or settings page.

How to access your workflows now

Instead of switching between different tools and forms, you can now run the same workflows through chat or shortcuts. The workflows themselves are identical — the same translation engines, the same quality checks, the same review steps, the same linguistic assets. Only the entry point has changed.

They use the same setups you are used to, including your templates and configurations. When you describe a task in the chat, the system matches it to the appropriate project template, applies your translation memory and glossary settings, and launches the same workflow you would have configured manually. The output is identical to what you would get through the old interface.

How your templates and configurations are used

All of your existing configurations are available and applied automatically:

Project templates define project settings — source and target languages, workflow steps, quality settings, assignment rules. When you ask the system to translate a file, it looks at your workspace, finds the matching template, and uses it.

Assignment templates define how translators and reviewers are selected. If you configured automatic assignment for certain language pairs — including Marketplace freelancers — the system follows those rules.

Translation memories and glossaries are applied to every project using the same matching logic you set up before. Segments that match your TM are pre-populated. Glossary terms are enforced during translation.

Workflow steps — translation, review, editing, approval — run in the order defined in your templates. The system does not skip steps or change the sequence.

Choosing your level of control

The system can take care of the setup for you — selecting the right workflow, applying your templates, and running the process from start to finish. This is the fastest way to work: describe your goal, confirm the key details, and let the system do the rest.

Or you can stay in control and adjust things step by step. You can ask the system which template it selected, change target languages, override the default workflow, or modify any setting before execution starts. You can mix approaches — let the system handle routine tasks automatically, but intervene on projects where you need specific configurations.

Shortcuts take you to the right place with everything pre-configured. Each shortcut maps to a specific workflow type and applies the appropriate template and settings automatically. Your data and history

All previously created projects, completed translations, and project history remain accessible. The new interface does not affect anything created before. You can still access your project list, download completed files, view statistics, and work in the editor.
