To change the name of a glossary, languages, comment, client, or project group, open a glossary, hit the gear icon, and select Glossary properties.
Make the necessary changes and hit the Save button.
This is also where you can delete a glossary or go to the Advanced settings that will open the glossary structure dialog box (see below)
Changing the structure of a glossary
To adjust additional glossary fields, hit the gear icon, and select Glossary structure.
The glossary structure settings are rather flexible allowing to add System fields or create a custom one.
There are different System fields used for each level - Position, Language, and Term.
- The Position level relates to the properties of a whole glossary entry.
- The Language level relates to the properties of the language of a glossary term (click on the language to open).
- The Term level relates to the properties of a term itself. There might be more than one term per language for a glossary entry (click on the term to open).
Here where the levels above could be found in an entry example.
You may create a Custom Field for each level as well, setting unique properties for the future field.
After settings fields required for your glossary and making necessary changes, hit the Save button.
