When you delete your account, you also delete access to your balance record as well as linguistic resources. That means that:

  • translators that may have not been paid yet won't be compensated
  • you won't be able to gain access to, restore, or download your translation memories or glossaries.

We must ensure that all suppliers have been paid before deleting your account in order to ensure fair compensation of suppliers. This takes minutes, and you rest assured suppliers are paid fairly.

So, you need to check two things:

  1. Make sure you download your glossaries and translation memories so you don't lose all the great work you've already done. You own it!
  2. Make sure you paid all suppliers.

If you have more than one account, let us know the correct email address for the one you'd like to delete.
